Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in every Aurex Ice purchase. If something isn’t right, please review the policy below and contact us before returning your item.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original packaging, certificates, accessories, and included materials

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Contact Aurex Ice through our Contact page and include:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return or exchange
• The reason for the request

Do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available product.

If the replacement item costs more, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be handled according to the approved exchange arrangement.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Aurex Ice is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an Aurex Ice fulfillment error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the item
• Photos of the packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

• Items showing signs of wear or damage
• Altered or modified jewelry
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items missing original packaging, certificates, or accessories
• Gift cards
• Final sale items where clearly marked

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
